| Ajou is one of the best research oriented universities in Korea. I wanted to pursue my Computer Science studies since I had a computer science background. Another reason was because of the good engineering facilities offered (Research labs). |

| My undergraduate major was also related to computers and many of my undergraduate seniors were studying in Ajou. One of the seniors referred my CV to my professor and when he agreed to support my research I joined Ajou. My main reason for selecting Ajou was that I knew people in Ajou who could refer me to professors in Ajou. |

Most of the the Department of Computer Engineering students first contact with a professor over email and once the professor agrees to support him, the student should apply to Ajou. I think, English score (IELTS(6.5), TOEFL) is the most important requirement for getting scholarship/admission in Ajou. |
