대면 기말고사 시험 실시에 관하여 안내드립니다.

1. 첨부한 문진표를 '꼭' 작성해오고(상단에 과목명 반드시 기재), 건물 출입 시 반드시 제출해야합니다.

1. Make sure to fill out the attached Self-health care questionnaire (with the class name at the top) and submit it when entering the building.

  - 문진표는 출입확인과 자가진단 기능이 있습니다.
  - 시험 응시 할 때는 과목별로 문진표를 제출해야합니다.
    EX) 2과목 시험이면 2장을 작성해야 합니다.
  - 코로나19 유증상자로 판단되면 시험을 응시할 수 없으며, 반드시 과목 담당 교수에게 '사전 연락'해야합니다.
  - 출입 시간을 줄이기 위해 문진표는 자택에서 미리 작성 해오십시오.

- The questionnaire provides access permit and self-diagnosis.

- When taking an exam, you must submit this questionnaire for each subject.

ex) If you take two exams, you need to complete two questionnaire.

- If you have any symptoms of infection, you can not participate in the exam, and inform your condition to professor immediately.

- To reduce entry time, please fill out the questionnaire at home in advance.

2. 건물 출입 가능시간은 시험 시작 30분전부터입니다.

2. Access time to the building is 30 minutes before the exam starts.

  1) 건물입구에서 발열체크.
  2) 문진표 제출.
  3) 비치된 손 소독제로 소독 후 라텍스장갑 착용.
  4) 마스크는 개별 준비물입니다. 반드시 상시 착용하십시오.

- Check the your fever at the entrance of the building.

- Submit the questionnaires.

- Disinfect with the hand sanitizer and wear latex gloves.

- Keep distance when moving in a building

- Be sure to wear them at all times. We don't provide masks individually.

3. 대면 시험을 실시하는 강의실만 출입할 수 있으며, 다른 시설은 사용할 수 없습니다.

3. You can not use the facilities except for test room
   - 시험장내 1.5m~2m 간격 유지하고 자리 잡기 > 입실 후 알코올티슈 이용해 책상 닦기
   - 스티커로 표시된 자리에만 앉아야합니다.
   - 건물 내 이동시 거리 두기
   - 강의실 내 타인과 대화 금지
   - 시험 중 몸에 이상이 있는 학생은 해당 시험감독자에게 이야기하시기 바랍니다.

- Only seats marked with stickers should be taken.

- Wipe the desk with an alcohol tissue after admission

- Don't talk to anyone in the classroom.

- If you have any symptoms during the test, immediately inform your condition to the exam supervisor.

4. 대면 시험 후 연속해서 온라인시험이 있는 경우 경영대학교학팀(다산관317호)으로 방문하여 시험장소를 안내받으십시오.

   - PC실 또는 강의실을 안내하겠습니다.
   - PC실에는 웹캠이 따로 없기 때문에 웹캠이 필요한 학생은 본인이 소지한 웹캠을 가지고 오거나 휴대폰을 활용하기 바랍니다. (크롬으로 칼투라 실행 시 휴대폰 카메라 가능)

5. 시험 종료 후 즉시 귀가합니다.

6. 시험일로부터 14일 이내에 유증상 있을 경우 교학팀으로 연락바랍니다.
