대면 시험 응시자는 아래 사항을 따라주십시오.

1. 시험 전 모바일 문진표를 작성합니다.

① 온라인 문진표 작성은 ⓐ 또는 ⓑ 방법의 하나를 선택하여 진행하면 됩니다.  

② 온라인 문진표는 대면 시험 응시일 기준으로 작성·제출해야 합니다.

③ 온라인 문진표 작성 시 이메일 주소를 입력하게 되어있습니다. 문진표를 제출하면 그 이메일 주소로 받을 수 있습니다.

④ 이메일로 받은 문진표 결과를 직원에게 보여주시기를 바랍니다. 시험 강의실 출입구 또는 건물 입구에 교학팀 직원이 발열 확인 및 문진표 검사를 합니다.

⑤ 온라인 문진표 작성·제출을 통해 자가 진단, 이상이 있을 경우 등교하지 않도록 합니다.

⑥ 대면 시험 참여를 위한 건물 출입은 시험시간 20분 전부터 가능합니다.

2. 건물 출입 시

① 건물 출입구 오른쪽에 부착된 무인경비 단말기에 학생증(카드/모바일 가능)을 인식합니다.

② 1층에서 체온 측정계에 체온이 측정되도록 멈춰선 후 고온 감지 여부를 확인한 후 통과합니다.

     (37.5도 이상 발열자는 출입 통제)

3. 시험장 내

① 시험장 책상 또는 의자에 "코로나 감염 예방 방역지침 이곳에만 앉으세요" 스티커를 붙여 두었습니다. 스티커가 붙은 자리만 사용하십시오.  (시험장에 방역지침 안내가 별도로 있을 경우에는 안내에 따르십시오.)

② 시험장 내에서도 항상 마스크를 착용하십시오.

③ 시험장 내 환기를 위해 출입문과 창문을 개방하여 두십시오.

④ 흐르는 물에 손 씻기 또는 손소독제 사용 등 개인위생 관리를 신경 써주시기를 바랍니다.

When you take on-campus test, please follow the directions below.

1. How to write a Online questionnaire

① You can select either ⓐ or ⓑ below

② Online questionnaire must be completed and submitted based on the date of the in-person test.

③ When filling out the online questionnaire, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Submit your questionnaire and you can get it to that email address.

④ Please show the results of the questionnaire you received by e-mail to staff members. At the entrance of the exam classroom or at the entrance of the building, staff members of the academic team check for fever and questionnaire.

⑤ Do not attend the school if you feel bad, or COVID19 symptoms.

⑥ You can enter the building 20 minutes before the test time.

2. When entering the building

① Recognize your student ID (card/mobile) on the security attached on the entrace.

② On the first floor, ABIZ staff members will check the body temperature and questionnaire.

     (Access is restricted to those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher)

3. Test room

① A “Sit only here” sticker is placed on the desk or chair, and use it.

     (If there are any further instructions, please follow them.)

② Always wear a mask.

③ Keep doors and windows open for the air circulation.

④ Please take care of personal hygiene, such as washing your hands under running water.
