	(1.3.5) 경기중앙지방변호사회, '제6회 아주대학교 법학전문대학원 장학금 수여식' 개최		35
	경기중앙지방변호사회는 지난 16일 오전 11시 변호사회관 4층 중회의실에서 윤영선 경기중앙지방변호사회 회장을 비롯한 관계자가 참석한 가운데 '제6회 아주대학교 법학전문대학원 장학금 수여식'을 진행했습니다. 수여식에서 2023년도 2학기 장학생으로 선발된 아주대학교 법학전문대학원 2학년 박모 씨와 1학년 변모 씨 등 두 학생에게 장학증서와 장학금이 수여됐습니다. 이번 장학금 수여식은 경기중앙지방변호사회가 지역사회에 대한 공헌사업의 일환으로 아주대학교 법학전문대학원 재학생에게 장학금을 지원하는 취지에서 개최됐습니다. 한편 이번 수여식에는 이정호 공익활동지원위원회 위원장, 양승철 인권이사, 권건보 아주대학교 법학전문대학원장, 소병천 아주대학교 법학전문대학원 부원장, 윤태영 아주대학교 법학전문대학원 부원장 등이 참석했습니다. 	(1.3.5) 아주대 아경장학재단, 수원시 취약계층 청소년 장학금 기부		52
	아주대학교 공익 재단법인 아경장학재단이 9월 21일 "수원시 취약계층 중·고등학생 장학금으로 사용해달라"며 장학금 300만원을 수원시에 전달했다. 제1부시장 집무실에서 진행된 장학금 전달식에는 김현수 수원특례시 제1부시장, 홍순학 아경장학재단 이사장 등 5명이 참석했다. 수원시는 관내 취약계층 중학생 8명, 고등학생 2명에게 장학금을 배분할 계획이다. 홍순학 아경장학재단 이사장은 "아경장학재단은 기존 아주대학교 재학생에 한해 장학금을 지원했지만, 어려운 환경에 처한 청소년들이 교육을 받을 수 있도록 올해부터 수원시 관내 학생들을 지원하게됐다"며 "앞으로도 지원을 이어갈 계획"이라고 밝혔다. 김현수 수원특례시 제1부시장은 "어려운 경영 여건에도 불구하고 수원시 관내 학생들을 위해 자발적으로 장학금을 지원해 주셨다"며 "여러분이 보내주신 따뜻한 마음에 감사드린다"고 밝혔다. 	The Suwon City Branch of the Korean Administrative Society (President Lee Jung-seob) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ajou University Public Policy Graduate School (President Kim Heung-sik) for commissioned education and tuition reduction at the Ajou University Yeonam Hall. Under the agreement, Ajou University's Public Policy Graduate School will reduce the tuition of the commissioned students (administrative officers) recommended by the Suwon City Branch of the Korean Administrative Society by 30%, and the Suwon City Branch and the Public Policy Graduate School will promise to jointly carry out social contribution activities in the Suwon area. Meanwhile, Lee Jung-seob, President of the Suwon City Branch of the Korean Administrative Society, left the Suwon City Hall office and has been working on administrative projects for 23 years since March 2000. He is also the representative administrative officer of the Masterpiece Administrative Officer Cooperative Office, the chairman of the Gyeonggi Multicultural Community, the chairman of the Suwon City Foreigner Welfare Center, the security advisory member of the Suwon Nambu Police Station, and the professor of the Central Education and Training Institute of the Korean Administrative Society. 대한행정사회 수원시지회, 아주대 공공정책대학원과 '위탁교육' 업무 협약 대한행정사회 수원시지회(지회장 이정섭)는 아주대학교 연암관에서 아주대 공공정책대학원(원장 김흥식)과 위탁교육 및 학비감면을 위한 업무 협약을 체결했다. 이날 협약을 통해 아주대 공공정책대학원은 대한행정사회 수원시지회가 추천한 위탁생(행정사)에게 대학원 학비의 30%를 감면키로 했으며, 수원시지회와 공공정책대학원은 수원시 일대 사회공헌활동을 함께 전개키로 약속했다. 이날 행사에는 대한행정사회 수원시지회에서 ▲이정섭 수원시지회장 ▲김덕호 수원시부지회장 ▲박세군 교육원장 ▲송영길 사무처장 ▲임대영 대외협력국장 등이 참석했고, 아주대학교 공공정책대학원에서는 ▲김흥식 공공정책대학원장 ▲박성빈 공공정책대학부원장 ▲권혁성 교수 ▲윤창근 교수 ▲배상석 교수 등이 함께했다. 한편 이정섭 대한행정사회 수원시지회장은 수원시청 공무원을 그만두고, 2000년 3월부터 현재까지 23년간 행정사업을 이어가고 있으며 △명품행정사협동사무소 대표행정사 △경기다문화공동체 회장 △수원시 외국인복지센터 운영위원장 △수원남부경찰서 안보자문위원 △대한행정사회 중앙교육연수원 교수 등을 맡고 있다. 	The Blue Ladder Project, which provides overseas training opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged college students, has selected 17 universities. A total of about 850 people will be selected according to the criteria of each university, and about 4-5 weeks of overseas training and career exploration experience will be provided. A government subsidy of about 4 million won per person will be provided for dormitory fees, local education fees, etc. The Blue Ladder Project, which is jointly operated by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Scholarship Foundation, is a project to provide overseas training experience and open the way for career exploration to socially and economically disadvantaged college students in order to ensure equal educational opportunities. The selected universities are: Seoul/Capital: Samyuk University, Ajou University, Ansan University Chungcheong/Gangwon: Kangwon University, Sunmoon University, Korea National University of Arts Jeolla/Jeju: Dongshin University, Chonbuk University, Chosun University Daegu/Gyeongbuk: Catholic Sangji University, Keimyung University, Daegu University, Yeungnam University, Hoseo University Busan/Ulsan/Gyeongnam: Dongmyung University, Dong-eui University, Busan University Each university will conduct pre-training at the university, such as career testing, capacity building workshops, language education, safety and etiquette education. At the local university abroad, during the summer vacation period of 4-5 weeks, the opportunity to explore career through language training, team project execution, cultural experience, and corporate visit will be provided. The application schedule is different for each university, but you can apply in April. Students from other schools who are not students of participating universities can also apply to the regional lead university through the recommendation of their affiliated university. Anyone who is a socially and economically disadvantaged student studying at a domestic university can apply. The number of people selected and the dispatched country/university are different for each university. ▲ Ansan University in Seoul/Capital will dispatch 20 students to overseas educational institutions. ▲ Kangwon University in Chungcheong/Gangwon will select 60 college students in the Kangwon region. Sunmoon University will select 80 students, including 65 Sunmoon University students and 15 students in the Chungcheong/Gangwon region. 20 people to the University of Nevada, 30 people to the Thai campus of Ming Chuan University in Taiwan, and 30 people to Duy Tan University in Vietnam. ▲ Chonbuk University in Jeolla/Jeju plans to provide 5 weeks of overseas university training and corporate training during the summer vacation period for 45 students of its own school and 8 students of other schools. Chosun University also selects and dispatches students and grants 3 credits after returning home. ▲ Keimyung University in Daegu/Gyeongbuk will select 60 students and dispatch 20 students each to the University of Los Angeles, Westminster King's Way College in the United Kingdom, and the University of Berjaya in Malaysia for 4 weeks in July and August. Yeungnam University will dispatch a total of 60 students to Australia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Hoseo University will dispatch 30 students to the University of Guam in the United States. ▲ Dong-eui University in P/U/K will select 60 students and dispatch students to Canada, Australia, Malaysia, and the Philippines for 4 weeks during the summer vacation. The other universities are not yet known. 사회경제적 취약계층 대학생을 대상으로 해외 연수 기회를 제공하는 ‘파란사다리 사업’에 17개 대학이 선정됐다. 각 대학별 기준에 따라 총 850명 내외를 선발해 약 4~5주간의 해외 연수와 진로탐색 경험을 제공할 예정이다. 기숙사비, 현지 교육비 등 국고보조금이 1인당 400만원 내외로 지원될 예정이다. 교육부와 한국장학재단이 함께 운영하는 파란사다리 사업은 균등한 교육 기회 보장을 위해 사회/경제적 취약계층 대학생들에게 해외연수 경험을 제공, 진로탐색의 길을 열어주고자 마련된 사업이다. 선발 대학은 ▲서울/수도권 삼육대 아주대 안산대 ▲충청/강원권 강원대 선문대 한국영상대 ▲전라/제주권 동신대 전북대 조선대 ▲대구/경북권 가톨릭상지대 계명문화대 대구대 영남이공대 호산대 ▲부산/울산/경남권 동명대 동의대 부산대 등이다. 각 대학은 국내에서 진로검사, 역량강화 워크숍, 언어교육, 안전 및 에티켓 교육 등 대학별 사전교육을 실시할 예정이다. 해외 현지 대학에 가서는 하계 방학 기간인 4~5주간 어학연수, 팀별 프로젝트 수행 및 문화체험, 기업탐방 등을 통한 진로탐색의 기회가 제공된다. 신청일정은 대학마다 상이하지만 4월 중 신청하면 된다. 참여대학 재학생이 아닌 타학교 학생도 소속대학 추천을 통해 권역별 주관대학으로 신청할 수 있다. 국내 대학에 재학중인 경제적/사회적 취약 계층이라면 누구나 지원 가능하다. 대학별 선발 인원과 파견 국가/대학이 상이하다. ▲서울/수도권의 안산대는 20명의 학생을 해외 교육기관으로 파견한다. ▲충청/강원권의 강원대는 강원권역 대학생 60명을 선발한다. 선문대는 선문대 재학생 65명, 충청/강원권 재학생 15명 등 80명을 선발해 미국 네바다주립대에 20명, 대만 명전대 태국 캠퍼스에 30명, 베트남 두이탄대에 30명을 파견한다. ▲전라/제주권 전북대는 자교생 45명과 타대생 8명을 선발해 하계방학기간 5주 동안의 해외 대학 연수 및 기업 연수를 제공할 계획이다. 조선대 역시 학생을 선발/파견하며 귀국 후 3학점을 부여한다. ▲대구/경북권의 계명문화대는 60명의 학생을 선발해 7,8월중 4주간 미국 LA 로테스터대학, 영국 웨스트민스터 킹스웨이 컬리지, 말레이시아 버자야대학에 각각 20명씩 파견할 예정이다. 영남이공대는 호주와 필리핀, 베트남 등으로 총 60명의 학생을 파견한다. 호산대는 미국 괌 주립대에 30명의 학생을 파견한다. ▲부/울/경의 동의대는 60명을 선발해 하계 방학 중 4주간 캐나다, 호주, 말레이시아, 필리핀 등으로 학생들을 파견한다. 그 외 대학은 아직 알려진 바 없다.
